hahaha maybe it’s code for “my ex girlfriend was abusive but society is so determined to just pretend female abusers don’t exist that all i can really do is call her crazy and even then people will try to shift the blame on me”
So can we talk about the fact that men aren’t the only ones who might talk about crazy ex-girlfriends? Oh, but I bet that Tumblr won’t screech about lesbian/bi erasure THIS time!
After learning what my pal’s ex did to him when she fell off the wagon and started frying her brain with coke?
Forcing him to sleep outside in winter, pawning his books and other stuff for drugs, beating him up with an improvised wooden club, and stealing his disability checks? And of course, despite him walking with a cane and being 20 years older, she pressed charges against HIM so she could get the rest of his stuff to hock for drugs.
The only reason she didn’t get away with it was because she came to court so bombed out of her mind that she couldn’t string a sentence together and had a baggie of rock cocaine on her when she walked into court.
